Actually, now I see that the melody of a whole hymn is different, although similar. Maybe after Urban VIII they also changed melodies, not just texts.
Have you heard maybe also this polyphonic setting of "Regina Caeli" (youtu.be/_TAdk_JfCzM), organ prelude in late reinessance style which precedes the composition is also magnificent!
